Special Education Advocacy

Our experienced California Special Education Advocates represent children who need extra support, are struggling in school, or have been diagnosed with a learning disability ranging from children with mild disabilities to children with the need for residential treatment facilities.

Services Include but are not Limited to:

  • Reviewing educational records
  • Attending IEP and 504 meetings-Doing school/classroom observations
  • Reviewing private and/or school
  • Assessment Reports (can do review of assessments as a standalone service)
  • In preparation for IEP advocates will propose goals, review supportive evidence and materials
  • Drafting letters and written requests to school
  • Drafting complaints to the State Department of Education
  • Recommending legal representation and other resources if needed
