In addition to being a mom, Heather is a dedicated mental health professional with over four years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She began her career in school-based counseling, an experience that reaffirmed her passion and drive to help young people and their families thrive.

Heather is committed to empowering clients and providing practical solutions to help them successfully navigate mental health and behavioral challenges. She embraces a client-centered approach rooted in care and compassion, while also integrating mindfulness and self-compassion practices to promote healing and resilience.

With a strong understanding of emotional well-being, Heather strives to create supportive and safe environments where clients feel seen, heard, and equipped to grow. Her goal is not only to assist families in their current challenges but also to contribute to the ongoing growth of the mental health profession.
