Jonah Oderberg, AMFT
At Justyn’s Corner, Jonah supports individuals, couples, families, and teens from all walks of life. He offers therapy in both English and Spanish and is passionate about helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, family conflict, and many other mental health concerns that impact their wellbeing.
Jonah strives to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, where clients can feel genuinely understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
To provide the highest level of support, Jonah utilizes a wide range of therapeutic approaches in which he has extensive training. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. When working with couples, Jonah integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and the Gottman Method, helping partners strengthen communication, trust, and emotional connection.
Above all, Jonah’s goal is to help clients heal, improve their mental health, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships and meaningful lives.
